How Payment Works
At Spacepixel, we use a personal order confirmation process for premium cameras, lenses, drones and professional creator equipment.
This allows our team to confirm product availability, delivery details and the complete order total before payment is collected.
1. Select your equipment
Choose the product you would like to purchase and add it to your Order Request.
The product price displayed on the website is the base purchase price in Australian Dollars.
2. Submit your Order Request
Provide your contact and delivery information and submit the request.
Submitting an Order Request begins the purchase process for the selected product. It is not a request for a quotation.
No payment is taken at this stage.
After submission, you will receive confirmation that your request has been received.
3. Personal order verification
A Spacepixel specialist will review:
product availability;
selected product and quantity;
delivery address;
available shipping method;
applicable shipping cost;
estimated processing and delivery timeframe;
final order total.
If any information needs clarification, our team will contact you before payment is requested.
4. Receive your Order Confirmation
Once the order details have been verified, we will send you an Order Confirmation.
The confirmation will include:
your order reference;
product name and quantity;
confirmed product price;
shipping cost;
total amount payable;
estimated delivery timeframe;
secure payment instructions.
The final amount will be shown before you make any payment.
5. Complete secure payment
Payment may be completed using an invoice, secure online payment link, bank transfer or another payment method.
Only use payment instructions sent through an official Spacepixel communication channel.
Spacepixel will never ask you to send your complete card number, card security code or online banking password by email, telephone, SMS or social media.
6. Payment and order confirmation
After your payment has been successfully received and verified, we will send confirmation that your order has been accepted.
Your order will then be prepared for dispatch.
Most confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
7. Delivery and tracking
Most Australian orders are estimated to arrive within approximately 7–10 business days after payment and final order confirmation.
Tracking information will be provided after dispatch where tracking is available.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, delivery address, courier service and regional availability.

Products are not reserved indefinitely before payment.
An order becomes confirmed after payment has been received and accepted.
