2. About Spacepixel
Spacepixel is an Australian online retail store specialising in cameras, lenses, drones, action cameras, photographic accessories and related creator equipment.
Customers can review product information, prices, shipping charges, payment details and applicable store policies before placing an order through Shopify Checkout.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed through Shopify Checkout.
Spacepixel currently accepts Bank Deposit as a manual payment method.
Selecting Bank Deposit does not automatically charge a debit or credit card.
After an order has been submitted:
• Shopify creates the order with payment pending.
• Spacepixel sends an invoice and bank deposit instructions to the email address provided during checkout.
• The customer completes payment using the supplied bank details.
• Spacepixel verifies that the payment has cleared.
• Order processing begins after payment confirmation.
Customers should include their Shopify order number as the bank payment reference.
Official payment instructions are sent only through spacepixel.online or from:

Customers should contact us before making payment if they receive unexpected payment instructions or bank details from another source.

4. Prices and currency
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on spacepixel.online are in Australian dollars (AUD).
The product price, applicable shipping charge and complete order total are displayed during Shopify Checkout before the customer submits the order.
Spacepixel does not add undisclosed fees after checkout.
The checkout total may change only if the customer requests a change to the products, quantity or delivery address.
5. Shipping
For eligible delivery addresses within Australia, standard shipping is A$11.00 per order.
There is no free-shipping threshold.
Standard international shipping is A$20.00 per order to eligible destinations shown in Shopify Checkout.
The applicable shipping charge and complete order total are displayed during Shopify Checkout before the order is placed.
Estimated delivery within Australia is 7–10 business days after payment confirmation. International delivery times vary by destination.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other local charges unless Shopify Checkout expressly states otherwise.

6. Product information
Spacepixel takes reasonable steps to ensure that product titles, descriptions, specifications, condition details, prices, images and availability information are accurate.
Product photographs may contain presentation elements or accessories that are not included with the product.
Only the product, accessories and included items expressly identified on the relevant product page form part of the order.

7. Product availability
Products are subject to availability.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable before payment instructions are issued, Spacepixel will contact the customer and cancel the affected item or order.
No payment will be requested for an unavailable product.
If payment has already been received and Spacepixel cannot supply the product, the customer may choose:
• an available replacement of equivalent value; or
• a full refund for the unavailable product.
Spacepixel will not substitute a product without the customer’s agreement.
8. Returns, refunds and consumer rights
Products sold by Spacepixel come with consumer rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy where a product:
• is faulty or unsafe;
• is not of acceptable quality;
• does not match its description;
• is different from the product ordered;
• is not fit for an expressly disclosed purpose;
• arrives materially damaged.
Spacepixel also offers an optional 30-day change-of-mind return for eligible products, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in this Legal Notice or any other Spacepixel policy excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Returns address
Customers must contact Spacepixel before sending a return.
Return requests should be sent to:

Please include the Shopify order number, the product being returned and the reason for the return.
Spacepixel will provide the appropriate return instructions after reviewing the request.
The address displayed in this Legal Notice must not automatically be used as a returns address unless Spacepixel confirms it in writing.
This return procedure does not limit any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Spacepixel branding, website design, original written content, graphics and other original materials published on spacepixel.online are owned by or licensed for use by Spacepixel.
Product names, manufacturer logos, trademarks and brand materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Website content must not be copied, republished, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.
