Are your products genuine?

Yes. At Spacepixel Australia, we focus on offering genuine camera gear, lenses, drones, action cameras, accessories and creator equipment from trusted suppliers and recognised brands.

We do not intentionally sell counterfeit or imitation products.

Are the products brand new?

Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, our products are sold as brand new.

If a product is open-box, clearance, refurbished or pre-owned, this will be clearly mentioned in the product description before purchase.

Do products come with warranty?

Many products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms may vary depending on the brand, product and supplier.

Manufacturer warranties are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and do not replace or limit those rights.
