These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of our website, online store, products, services, content, tools and features operated by Spacepixel Australia (“Spacepixel”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Risk in the products passes to you once the products are delivered to the delivery address provided with your order, unless otherwise required by law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details supplied by you.

7. Returns, Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Your purchases are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described or not fit for purpose, please contact us as soon as possible.

We do not have to provide a refund or replacement for change of mind unless we choose to do so under our Refund & Returns Policy. Change of mind may include situations where you no longer want the item, selected the wrong product, found it cheaper elsewhere or purchased by mistake.

8. Warranties

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranty terms may vary depending on the product, brand and supplier.

Manufacturer warranties are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and do not replace or limit those rights.
