The Sony Alpha 7CR is a premium high-resolution full-frame mirrorless camera designed for travel, landscapes, portraits, architecture, commercial photography and creators who want exceptional image quality in a compact body.

Its 61.0MP back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS sensor captures outstanding detail, wide tonal information and accurate colour, providing excellent flexibility for professional editing, large-format printing and extensive image cropping. The powerful BIONZ XR processing engine delivers responsive performance, natural image rendering and advanced noise reduction.

A dedicated AI processing unit improves subject recognition and autofocus tracking. The camera recognises humans, animals, birds, insects, cars, trains and aircraft, helping maintain accurate focus during portraits, wildlife photography and unpredictable movement.

Five-axis in-body image stabilisation provides up to seven stops of compensation, supporting sharper handheld photography with high-resolution lenses. Continuous shooting at up to eight frames per second provides additional flexibility for events, street photography and moving subjects.

For hybrid creators, the Alpha 7CR records 4K video at up to 60p with internal 10-bit 4:2:2 colour. S-Log3, HLG, Active Mode stabilisation, focus breathing compensation and professional microphone and headphone connections make it suitable for high-quality video production.

Despite its advanced full-frame performance, the camera weighs approximately 515g with its battery and memory card. The included GP-X2 Grip Extension improves handling with larger lenses while maintaining the compact character of the camera.
