Built around a 61MP full-frame back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS sensor and Sony’s BIONZ XR image processing engine, the Alpha 7R V captures extremely detailed stills with excellent dynamic range, colour and cropping freedom. Its dedicated AI processing unit improves subject recognition and tracking, helping creators keep people, animals, birds, vehicles and moving subjects sharp with confidence.

For hybrid creators, the Alpha 7R V also offers 8K video recording, 4K high-quality video, powerful in-body image stabilisation and a professional multi-angle touchscreen design. As a body-only camera, it gives creators the freedom to pair it with their preferred Sony E-mount lenses for a premium custom full-frame setup.
